French Crystal & Brass Two-Tiered Cake Stand

Two bowls of cut crystal stacked on a brass stem with a brass handle — the kind of thing that makes you want to fill it with something beautiful just to watch the light play through it. The geometric cutting is all business until the sun hits it. The brass has aged gracefully, patina and all.
